The Library Assistants and Library Student Workers are able to provide assistance with basic logins and software that the school provides. In addition, if patrons need any general information or need research help, they may ask Library Staff for assistance. Please note that the Library is not responsible for completing any student assignments.
Visit the Info HelpDesk located at the Library for help on basic technical issues and access to your software. If you cannot visit the Library, please contact Online Support.

I need technical help, who can I contact?
If you have questions about your software or general technical questions, it is best to ask your professor first since they might know how to answer your question and may provide instructions.
If you are having technical issues installing or downloading your software, you can call LAO Support (844.349.3456).
If you are on campus and are having technical issues, you can visit the Library (B1, 5th Floor) and Library Staff will help you in the best way they can.
If Library Staff cannot figure out the technical issue, they will direct you to the IMT department to resolve the issue.
How do I download and install certain software?
It might be best to ask your professor on certain software help or questions, but you can always visit the Tutorials page to view some of the Software instructions curated by Library Staff.
Library Staff can help you with further research and informational needs for your class assignments.
