Thank you for your interest in supporting the Los Angeles Film School Library. The Library accepts donations of print materials and films in (DVD, or Blu-ray formats). All donations must be approved by the Director of Library Services.
POLICY ON GIFT MATERIAL DONATIONS
- The LAFS Library accepts gift materials donations of interest to the School or programs offered, and which are first approved by the Director of Library Services
- The Library cannot provide tax-deductible receipts for the donation
- The Library cannot honor restrictions on the materials or their disposition
- The Library reserves the right to dispose of the materials that are no longer needed or relevant to the collection

THE PROCESS TO DONATE (if less than 15 items)
- Contact the Library to arrange for the materials to be dropped off at the school
- Materials can be left with Circulation staff if it is under 10 items

- Contact the Library to arrange for the materials to be dropped off at the school
- The donor is requested to fill out the Donated Materials Form
- The Librarian will receive the form and follow up if interested in materials
- The materials should be delivered to the Director of Library Services
- You can arrange for the materials to be dropped off at the school (it may be possible to pick up from a location nearby LAFS depending on the potential donation)
